Need an apron?

I think I need an apron. Baking would be so much better in a pretty red apron and wouldn't it be fun to host a party in a cool vintage apron? Yeah I think so too.

I thought I would share a few of the wonderful aprons that I have found online. Which is your favourite?

1. Red & Pink Polka Dot Apron from Jessie Steele $32.95
2. Women's Original Very Cherry Apron from Flirty Aprons $29.95
3. Minnie Lightweight Halter from Heavenly Hostess $65
4. Dorothy Apron Red from Carolyn's Kitchen $39.95
5. Cherry Me! from The Hip Hostess $32
6. Aunt Jessie's Vintage Full Apron from Bambino Amore $28.95

Wow! they all look pretty. I'd be glad to have any one of these gorgeous pieces.
Though my personal favorite is no.3
I've been a great fan of polka dots since I was a kid.

Thanks for sharing Alicia.

Cheers!!

They are all super pretty, but why don't you make your own? If you have a sewing machine or even just know someone who can sew you can design your own custom apron, and choose your favorite color combinations.
That's what I did, I mean where can you buy a vintage cut apron with a Popsicle print on it? It was a lot of fun. Think about it.

I like 1 and 6 the best, and I think I like 1 best between those two! They are all very cute!

number 4 without a doubt. and, surprisingly, it's actually not the most expensive one!!!

Love #3.
I've got a daggy "best mum" one, but I do like wearing it.

Those one have a bit of sex appeal as well don't they?

Definitely #3, which I notice also happens to be the most expensive (I always seem to do that!). Hmmm, I think I will have to add that to the Christmas wish list.

That's a hard decision! They are all really beautiful aprons. I like 4 and 6, but if I had to choose between the two, I think I am leaning towards apron number 6.

Goodluck with your decision :)

Katie Elizabeth - hehe yes the garter is a bit naughty ;)

boots - oh how cute!

Gala - you know what - I think I am going to! Just have to choose my design and some fabrics and then I can get started.

Chantel - I think I am going to make one :)

Christy - yes a bit of sex appeal never hurts in the kitchen I say :)

Hey remember when you wrote that post about aprons and I hated you for it because it was a temptation that I really, really don't need right now since we all know that I'm a recovering [not really] apron addict? Yeah, I thought so. Well, to make up for it you can just buy me #3 for Christmas. mmkthankssomuch :)

P.S. -- I own #4 in the light blue/black/white combo... garter included! ;) [insert wolf whistle here]

Miss Dot - hey if you buy me one for my christmas I'll consider it ;)

I wouldn't wear them, but I would love to have them in frames on the wall. What great retro wall art!

And all with my fave color of all, red! I pick #1... adorable ruffle at the bottom!

Oh my gosh I love them all!! I would have to say, #4 but minus the side bow and the garter is too funny, and number #5... simple and sweet!
