Caramel layer cake sounds monumental
If you'd asked me two months ago it would have been chocolate but I am having a serious carrot cake addiction at the moment, so carrot, carrot!
Caramel...but maybe that's cause it's on my mind for Cupcake Hero tehehe.
I TRIED to make that cake in the picture...mine didn't look NEARLY as pretty, and unfortunately didn't taste very good, but I'm pretty sure it was my mistake not the recipes :)
