Help with the letter U?

Okay we have reached a difficult letter again people - what cupcake flavours can we think of that start with the letter U?

The only thing I can come up with is Upside down cake.

Any other ideas?

    Eeek! U is hard. All I can think of is Udon Noodles or Unagi (eel!) - not so cupcakey...

    I love trying to think of strange foods,
    What about ugli fruit upsidedown cake?

    Also, after looking to wikianswers, they talked about 'Umble pie':

    Umble pie in its literal sense is a filled pastry similar to many respects to a Cornish pasty. Although the original umble pies contained mostly offal,[1] they later evolved to a form which might contain fruit and sweetening, often without meat.     Umami! As in the "newly discovered" flavor. It's rich and savory so that would be an amazing cupcake challenge... not that you aren't challenging yourself enough already. :)

    I like the ugli fruit suggestion too. Those things are sooo good.

    This is definitely a hard one, all I can come up with is Ugni - whatever that is. Unless you include something like Uncle Ben's Rice? Or Unsalted cupcakes?

    haha before i read it i thought 'upside down cake'
    or do a funny theme - like unicorn cake. make it covered in edible glitter and a big candy horn coming out of the middle of it.

    I see you've come up with some ideas - I thought of a mini umbrella - like you get in a cocktail! You could have had an umbrella cake! It's not really a food though.

    I've googled and googled...and the only thing i could find was Ugli fruit too...they did also show Kumquat's spelled Umquat...so you could try those.

    on the other hand...you could just say "UH...whatever" and grab the closest thing.
    OR..how about 'Undo'..and then redo your worst cupcake so far?

    I looked through every baking-book I had but could only find Upside-down cake. Glad you still managed to find something. The letter 'V' is def easier!

    How about "Urfa Biber". It's a very subtle pepper we discovered recently with not very much heat. More info here:
