Thank you everyone for your kind comments - it is incredible how much support there is in this online community of ours.
I thought I should drop in to say hello and to let you all know that I am slowly feeling better. I still have my dark days, but I think the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer.
I also wanted to let you know that this will definitely be my last post on The Red Deer - but I have started a new blog to journal my baking adventures. So come on over and follow me if you want at Alicia's Baking Adventures. I would love to see you over there!

I can totally relate... I took an extended leave of absence to focus on getting through my depression. Glad to hear you are feeling better... it's nice when you finally come to realise it's not a hole you are in... but a tunnel - and all tunnels have light at the end. Keep up the good work... on yourself!
