ReplyDeleteOh my I've never heard of custard berlina, but I love anything with custard! Everything else looks wonderful too. My boy made a really yummy Japanese curry for me tonight. That was the highlight for me.

ReplyDeleteMy highlight this week was black bean stew and corn fritters....mmmm.
I also perfected a recipe for mushrooms stuffed with lentils, walnuts, Stilton and sage. Those were pretty dang delicious too.
Oh, and there was the tempeh, chipotle chile......
I said to my husband just yesterday "sometimes I wish I could just cook all day and not have to worry about anything else."
...it's a nice fantasy.
Wow, do I wish my week of eating had looked like that! The highlight was today's chili cooked by the hubs. Yum!
