Baking Mondays ... Delayed!!!

Hi all - this week my Baking Monday post is going to have to be delayed until Thursday. Mat is away at a music festival (Bluesfest at Byron Bay) and he has taken our camera so I can't take any photos.

So check back in on Thursday for Baileys cupcakes topped with chocolate ganache and baileys swiss meringue buttercream.

    i had a baking DISASTER yesterday, which just reinforced the notion that i need to do it more often (bake, that is) in order to have a better success rate. hahahahha. i'll spare you the details -- waaaaaaay too embarassing to admit to a fabulous baker like you!

    Oh... good choice with the ganache + buttercream. I love putting the two together on/in cupcakes.
